Dear brothers and sisters of GMC and friends,

As I pray, preach, counsel, share my life with others and vice-versa, as I see more and more about the deepest need of church members, I see the need to do lots of missions here in the church, in our family, our workplace, our society, in long houses and in overseas countries. My heart always cries out that there are a lot of needs but not many disciples of Jesus are willing to do missions. No wonder Jesus must die a sacrificial death to show us how to do it; to show us the need to do mission with our life on earth! Do not miss this while you are on earth.

I am committed to do missions everywhere God calls me. I am called particularly to do missions among the indigenous people of Sarawak. Please remember me in your prayers. I will sit for my entrance examination next 6th and 7th July at Kota Kinabalu Sabah Theological College for my subjects like Pastoral Ministry, Missiology and Systematic Theology. I need a lot of discipline to study the subjects and also I need to remember the facts so that I can substantiate my claims in the exam. It is a very crucial examination as it will determine whether I will be admitted into the college or not next year January.

A faithful disciple of Jesus,

Pastor Law Hui Seng.

Dear brothers and sisters of GMC and friends,

Last Saturday morning, I gave baptism class to the 2 older brothers of late brother Jimmy Chan. After the class, sister Adeline Chan and her mother, witnessed the baptism of Jasson Chan. The other brother, Daniel Chan will be baptized in June. Praise the Lord that after GMC brothers and sisters joined me to minister to the Chan’s family in the funeral of their family member, they realized that they needed Christ. I need to baptize Jasson earlier as he is leaving for Australia soon.

Between now and the end of June, please for me that I will discipline myself to do revision on pastoral ministry, missiology, systematic theology and the bible for my entrance examination for my master of theology at Kota Kinabalu Sabah Theological Seminary on 6th and 7th July. My purpose of studying 2 years in it is to be qualified to train future BM speaking pastors and missionaries.

Faithful disciple of Jesus,

Pastor Law
